Core Transformations

I will guide you through this gentle development process which is devised to help you discover what is at the very core of your belief system, and to help you understand what motivates your habits and behaviours.
When we understand what our core states are, we can either utilise and enhance them or look for alternatives that might serve us better.
If you recognise that there is a part of you that feels uncomfortable when you experience a problem, the core transformations process can help you to explore that, then find a way to move towards finding an easier, more comfortable way of being.

When I embarked upon coaching, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I soon relaxed & learned to trust the process & really enjoyed the journey.

The summaries Paula shared after each session were invaluable, with little actions to take away which helped embed the work we had done.

Her coaching gave me resources to spot my patterns (and take action to prevent myself spiralling).

It has also helped me to recognise my strengths there are some seriously great things about being me!  I wasn’t good at being able to reflect on how far I’ve come but working with Paula has made me realise the importance of it.

Coaching has had a very deep impact on me & my ability to be at peace with myself “just as I am” Which, given my perfection drive, is pretty bloody massive!

Going forward I feel able to recognise when I am heading into a pattern of behaviour & am able to”recover” myself very quickly.
