Midlife can be an overwhelming time for some of us, often presenting a cluster of events that occur at once. And they can feel quite seismic and challenging; things such as separation or divorce, an enforced or desired career change, looking after sick or elderly loved ones, raising teens or finding that you have an empty nest. Or you may have lots of big questions about how you ended up in the situation that you’re in and how the heck you’re going to find a way or the confidence to get out of it?
But I believe that positive change is absolutely possible with the right support and is attainable at any age.

Hi, I’m Paula

As an experienced holistic therapist of over 20 years, I am a lover of ancient healing modalities and also love all things science based to do with the inner workings of the body and mind.

I blend both passions to deliver my own unique flavour of coaching; one that can teach you how to regulate your nervous system, how to understand your responses and reactions to people and situations and how to take action to make the changes that you desire.

The hallmark of my work is to help you to make positive changes in your outlook and wellbeing in midlife; helping you to find your version of happy, whatever that might be.

I am a certified personal development coach using an array of holistic approaches.

Its been so refreshing to work with Paula. It has showed me how I take inappropriate responsibility for others instead of looking out for myself.
